Ingredients (makes 12 )
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 2 cups Self-Raising Flour
- 125g Butter
- Jam of your choice
Method
- Preheat oven to 180. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and beat in.
- Add flour and mix into dough.
- Roll into small balls and press a hole in the middle, fill with jam
- Bake for 15 mins.

This is my husbands fav, he makes them super big for his morning tea!
