Yummy meatball serve with salad and sweet chili sauce.
Ingredients (makes 4 Meatball)
- 500 gr Pork mince
- 2 tbs Ginger mince
- 2 tbs Garlic mince
- 4 Eggs, boiled half cooked
- 2 tbs Soy Sauce
- 1 tbs Sesame oil
- 1/2 tbs Salt
- 1/2 tbs Pepper
- 1 tbs Fish sauce
- 1 Carrot, grated
- 2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 Eggs, shake off
Method
- Place in a large bowl pork mince, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, fish sauce and carrot. Mix by hand to thoroughly incorporate.
- Scoop up enough pork to make a large indentation in the centre, insert on boiled egg and roll into a ball.
- Roll the meat balls in the flour and shake off any excess. Dip in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs, pressing to coat.
- Place on a baking tray, bake on 170 degree until golden brown about 25 minutes.
