A twist on plain old eggs, it’s a quick and easy recipe, which will be enjoyed by young and old as a breakfast or lunch.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Large onion sliced very thinly
- 4 Eggs
Method
- Heat pan and sauté onions in oil until tender and brown.
- Crack eggs into the pan leave to cook for 5 minutes.
- Flip gently without breaking the yolk. Cook eggs to your liking and season with salt and cracked pepper.
Notes
Serve with toast soldiers for dipping.
