Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 500grams Beef mince
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Curry powder
  • 1 tbsp Gravy mix
  • 1 cup Frozen corn and peas
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup Water

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees. Heat oil and cook onion until softened. Add mince, cook until browned.
  2. Add tomato paste, curry powder, gravy mix and water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in corn and peas.
  3. Spoon into pie dish. Arrange puff pastry on top. Cook for approximately 15 minutes until puffed and golden. Serve with veggies.

A quick and easy meal to get on the table.

  • I will be buying mince tomorrow to make this dish. I have all the other ingredients and can’t wait to taste it.
