Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 500grams Beef mince
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 tbsp Gravy mix
- 1 cup Frozen corn and peas
- 1 sheet Puff pastry
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup Water
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees. Heat oil and cook onion until softened. Add mince, cook until browned.
- Add tomato paste, curry powder, gravy mix and water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in corn and peas.
- Spoon into pie dish. Arrange puff pastry on top. Cook for approximately 15 minutes until puffed and golden. Serve with veggies.
