A great twist on scone flavor for the festive season
Ingredients (serves 6 | makes 12 )
- Self raising flour 2 1/2cup
- Brandy cream 3/4 cup
- Lemonade 1 can
- Cinnamon 1 ts
- Nutmeg 1 ts
Method
- Preheat oven 175 Sift flour into mixing bowl Then sift cinnamon and nutmeg
- Add Brandy cream Add lemonade and mix until all combined
- Tip onto a floured bench top and kneed out to scout 2.5cm high, cut circles with a drinking glass and place on lined baking tray Place in oven for 12-15mins Remove, allow to slightly cool and enjoy topped with your favorite topping ( I love jam and plain cream with these)
