my family love these for breakfast at the weekends.

Ingredients (makes 10 pancakes)

  • 100g plain flour
  • 200ml milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g butter

Method

  1. Melt butter in microwave.
  2. put everything in the blender and process until smooth.
  3. pour a little of the batter in a hot oiled frying pan to cover the bottom of the pan. Cook until lightly browned and then flip over and again about 40 seconds to a minute to lightly brown the other side. Stack on a plate and cover to keep warm whilst you cook the rest of the mixture.

Notes

You can add anything for toppings our favourites are banana, cream and chocolate maple syrup maple syrup and ice cream lemon and sugar chocolate nutella or they can be used for savoury crepes and stuffed with mince etc.
