A quick and easy dessert or snack to get some fruit in your diet.
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 banana
- 1 passionfruit
- a few dollops custard
- a sprinkle shredded coconut
Method
- Chop the banana up into chunks.
- Place a few pieces of banana in a glass, follow with a dollop of custard, then more bananas, the dollop of custard until you have used up the banana.
- Place passionfruit on top and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
