Make this on Valentine's Day! Your other half would be so happy!!!

  • 125gm Butter (softened)
  • 1/4 cup Sugar

  • 1 1/4 Self raising flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 cup Cornflakes

Method

  1. In a bowl, whisk butter, egg, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Add in flour and combine well using a spatula until no visible lumps.
  3. Add in cornflakes and timtam bits and combine well.
  4. Scoop about 1/3 cup on baking sheet. Make sure you leave enough space between batter as they will spread into fairly huge.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes on 185C. Remove from oven and let cool. Serve :)

  • These look really nice. I’m just not sure a packet of Tim Tam’s would last in the cupboard or fridge long enough for me to make them. I’d definitely have to hide them some where away from the kids lol. Would also be keen to try done different Tim Tam flavours in them as well.
