Yummy grilled haloumi salad
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 cup Lettuce leaves
- 3cm cucumber
- 5 snowpeas
- 1 small carrot
- 2 spring onions
- 1/4 red capsicum
- 2 mushrooms
- 90g Haloumi
- 5ml Greek dressing
Method
- Make carrot ribbons using a peeler. Arrange lettuce, sliced cucumber, snowpeas and carrot ribbons onto plate
- Slice Halloumi, cut mushrooms into quarters and cut capsicum and spring onions into bit size pieces. Grill in batches.
- Place grilled ingredients onto salad and drizzle with dressing.
