A healthy alternative for afternoon tea the family will love
Ingredients (serves 8)
- 1 can Chickpeas
- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Almond Meal
- 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup Stevia OR Natvia (natural sweetener)
- pinch baking powder
Method
- Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or on a double boiler
- Blend the chickpeas and eggs in a blender until smooth
- Add sweetner and baking powder and pulse until combined
- Transfer mixture to a bowl and fold in almond meal
- Fold in the dark chocolate
- Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Let cool for 15 minutes before serving
