Ingredients (serves 12 | makes 1 )

  • 1L Dry White Wine
  • 350mls Hendrick's Gin
  • 250mls Chamomile Tea
  • 1/2 Pineapple (chopped)
  • 200gms Caster Sugar
  • 3 Cloves
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 4 Orange Peels
  • 1tsp White Pepper

Method

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large punch bowl
  2. Serve into teacups or plastic cups - no ice!
  3. Garnish with an orange slice and a pineapple slice
