This DIY Old Bay Seasoning is amazing on seafood, chicken, veggies, chips- really ANYTHING! The flavouring brings out a tangy zest that is extremely moreish.


Ingredients (serves 8)

  • 1 tablespoon Celery Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Red Pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

Method

  1. Mix all spices and herbs together in a bowl. Store in an airtight container free from moisture.

This recipe with save us a lot of money! Anyone who hasn’t tried this seasoning yet- it’s delicious and can be added to sauces like mayo etc
