Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 can Coconut milk
- Oh yea! That's it!
Method
- Leave coconut milk upside down in the fridge overnight.
- Next day, open the can upright and pour the water part on top. Do not discard. Use it for other purposes like soaking oats, or making pancakes.
- The bottom part will be the creamy part. Put them in a bowl and whisk for 2 minutes. Serve with your favorite cake!
