This is a little decadent..but sometimes a little decadent is nice!


Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 2 Shots of espresso
  • 1tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 Tsp Chickory essence
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Ice Cream
  • 1 Can of whipped cream to serve
  • 6 Ice cubes to serve
  • 1 tsp Caramel topping to serve

Method

  1. Mix ingredients in a blender or with a mix master until bubbles begin to appear
  2. Pour into a chilled glass over ice and top with whipped cream and caramel sauce

Notes

You can substitute instant coffee but if you can try the real deal!
