Kale chips make a quick and very healthy snack.


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 9 Pieces of kale
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt

Method

  1. Preheat over to 150 degress. Cut kale in small pieces rub with olive oil and place on a baking tray.
  2. Add sea salt and then place kale in the oven for about 5 minutes or until the ends are crisp.
  3. Eat on their own or add a dipping sauce.

  • Hmmm, not sure about these. I’ve grown kale before and it had a really strong taste to it. Not sure it would have made yummy chips

  • Great recipe. I love adding lemon juice to mine to cut through the grassiness of the kale. What a great way to enjoy it.

    • yes! i think that i will make a big batch up, whatever i can fit onto the tray. 9 pieces is very specific though
