Kale chips make a quick and very healthy snack.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 9 Pieces of kale
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
Method
- Preheat over to 150 degress. Cut kale in small pieces rub with olive oil and place on a baking tray.
- Add sea salt and then place kale in the oven for about 5 minutes or until the ends are crisp.
- Eat on their own or add a dipping sauce.
