Ingredients
- 1 bowl kale
- 1 nectarine sliced
- half cup corn
- 1 cup baby rocket
- half cup dried cranberries
- half Lebanese cucumber sliced
- Paul Newman’s Own Classic Vinaigrette
Method
- Fill your bowl with kale and baby rocket.
- Slice a nectarine and add this on top.
- Add your corn and dried cranberries.
- Slice your Lebanese cucumber in half circles, and add this on top.
- Finish with Paul Newmans Own Classic Vinaigrette. Mix together and serve.
