Yummy simple tea choice that the family will love
Ingredients (makes 8 chops)
- 8 Lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- small handfull Sage, roughly torn or chopped
- salt and pepper
Method
- Melt butter in frying pan Add most of the sage leaves, fry for a couple of minutes or until fragrant
- Put chops in pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper and a few more sage leaves Cook for 5-6 minutes and turn
- Sprinkle with a little more salt and pepper to taste Cook until golden or chops are cooked
Notes
A good amount of sage helps to give the chops a really lovely flavor I cut off most of the fat from the chops before cooking but thats personal chioce
