The freshness of the yogurt is a nice and crisp flavour!
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2tsp ground coriander
- 2tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tblsp olive oil
- 6 Lamb cutlets
- 1 Cup Australian Greek style yogurt
- 2 tsp Crushed Garlic
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Combine cumin, coriander, smoked paprika and oil in a bowl, rub lamb with this mix then grill until cooked, rest for at least 5 minutes before serving
- Combine yogurt and garlic in a small bowl seasoning with pepper
- Serve with fresh salad

This is a little Moroccan in influence, perfect for the BBQ!
