Delicious chicken curry for lunch without coconut milk.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 50 gr Curry Paste
- 3 tbs Vegetable oil
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 3 pcs/ 350 gr Chicken drumstick
- 2 Potatoes, cubed
- 450 ml Fresh Milk
- 4 pcs Curry leaves
Method
- Heat oil in non stick saucepan on medium heat and add vegetable oil. Add onion and curry paste and curry leaves, stir fry until fragrant.
- Add chicken and potatoes, stir well. Stir in fresh milk and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes or until meat is tender. Stir occasionally.
- Serve with hot rice.
