Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 150gm Butter
  • 60 gm cacao powder
  • 100gm SR flour
  • 200gm Sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 t Vanilla essence
  • To decorate Maltese, walnuts, mini marshmallow and milk chocolate drizzle

Method

  1. IN a large bowl, melt butter. Add in sugar and eggs. Whisk until well combined.
  2. Add in cocoa, vanilla and flour, stir until well incoporated.
  3. Pour batter in muffin tray and bake for 30 minutes on 160C.
  4. When cupcakes are done, let cool. Divide toppings to 3 maltese, 6 marshmallow, 1 t walnuts on each cupcake. Drizzle with melted milk chocolate :)
