Ingredients (serves 6)
- 150gm Butter
- 60 gm cacao powder
- 100gm SR flour
- 200gm Sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 t Vanilla essence
- To decorate Maltese, walnuts, mini marshmallow and milk chocolate drizzle
Method
- IN a large bowl, melt butter. Add in sugar and eggs. Whisk until well combined.
- Add in cocoa, vanilla and flour, stir until well incoporated.
- Pour batter in muffin tray and bake for 30 minutes on 160C.
- When cupcakes are done, let cool. Divide toppings to 3 maltese, 6 marshmallow, 1 t walnuts on each cupcake. Drizzle with melted milk chocolate :)
