This is a quick and easy delicious recipe that the kids will love, especially if you use some fun pasta like the teddy bear shape.


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 300gm Mince Meat
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1/2 cup Fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp Fresh thyme
  • 250gm Teddy bear pasta
  • 2 cups Pasata
  • 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs

Method

  1. Boil water and cook pasta.
  2. Combine minced meat, diced onion, grated carrot, chopped parsley and thyme in a bowl.
  3. Roll mixture into balls with the aid of the breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat Pasata in saucepan.
  5. Preheat Airfryer for a couple of minutes to 200 degrees C. Place meatballs in and cook for 7 minutes until they are a crispy golden brown
  6. Serve meatballs with the teddy bear pasta and some pasata.
