Ingredients (makes 1 )

  • 1 pizza base (wholemeal optional)
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup each Sliced zuccini, red capsicum, yellow capsicum
  • 1/4 Brown onion (sliced)
  • Handful Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teasppon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Miced garlic or garlic paste.

Method

  1. Spread olive oil on pizza base. Mix garlic with tomato paste, then spread over pizza base.
  2. Layer the vegetables and finally the cheese.
  3. Bake on 200C for 18 minutes.
