This is my husbands favourite, I have adapted it a little and used yoghurt instead of cream to make it a little lighter.

Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 3 Cups Milk
  • 3 Tbs Milo
  • 2 Tbs Cocoa
  • 3 tbs Custard powder
  • 1/2 cup Milk extra
  • 1 Cup Natural yoghurt
  • 1Pkt chocolate ripple biscuits

Method

  1. Mix custard powder and 1/2 cup of milk in a small bowl and set aside
  2. In a saucepan add milk, milo and cocoa powder, warm slowly and stir constantly with a wooden spoon, gradually add in custard mix.
  3. lay chocolate ripple biscuits on the base of a slice tray, When custard has thickened and cooled a little, fold in natural yogurt and pour over biscuit base. Set aside to cool completely before covering with glad wrap and refrigerating overnight

Notes

This is not too rich, but its a nice treat.
