Easy Meatballs

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 500g Beef Mince
  • 1 Onion, finely sliced
  • 1 Carrot, finely grated
  • 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Oil

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and mix well.
  2. Using a tablespoon of mixture at a time roll into balls.
  3. Place in Philips Airfryer basket with the oil and cook at 180 for 10 minutes.

Notes

Serve with a favourite dipping sauce. Also good with warmed pasta sauce for spaghetti & meatballs or put in hotdog rolls for meatball subs :)
