A quick and healthy dinner
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 Firm fish fillets (I used ling fillets)
- 1 Lemon, zest end
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Turmeric
- 1 tablespoon Ground coriander
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, grated
- 1 handful Fresh mint
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Method
- Preheat Airfryer to 175 degrees. In a large bowl, mix lemon zest, paprika, turmeric and coriander.
- Coat fish fillets in spices, spray with oil and place in Airfryer basket. Cook for 6 minutes.
- While fish is cooking, mix cucumber, mint and yogurt in a bowl.
- Serve fish with tzatziki.
Notes
Serve with a herbed couscous and salad for a complete meal
