Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 cup Dried mung beans
- 2.5 cups water
- 3 T Coconut sugar
- 1 t Sea salt
- 2 T Coconut milk or any other dairy of choice to serve
Method
- Wash and rinse the mung beans and cook with the water for about 1 hour on really low heat.
- Add in salt and sugar and continue to simmer for another 15 minutes.
- Serve with coconut milk or any other milk of choice. Full cream milk works well too.
