Easy for little fingers and mouths!
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 packet Mini rice crackers
- 1/2 Small avocado
- 1 packet Seasoned seaweed sheets
Method
- Spread avocado over your rice crackers.
- Top with a piece of seaweed and serve as finger food.
Notes
Seasoned seaweed is a Korean snack food, unlike sushi nori it is thin and crisp.
