Easy for little fingers and mouths!

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 packet Mini rice crackers
  • 1/2 Small avocado
  • 1 packet Seasoned seaweed sheets

Method

  1. Spread avocado over your rice crackers.
  2. Top with a piece of seaweed and serve as finger food.

Notes

Seasoned seaweed is a Korean snack food, unlike sushi nori it is thin and crisp.

  • I don’t understand the title but like the idea.
