Healthy breaky I feed my little one every morning
Ingredients
- 8 Apples
- 8 Pears
- 3/4 cup Oat groats
Method
- Cook oats in 3 cups of water on low for 1 hour or until soft . Check on oats every 20 minutes to ensure enough water in pot
- Peel and remove core of apples and pears then dice and steam for 20 minutes or until soft
- There should be a little excess water in the oat pot. Don't throw it away. Use a stick blender to blend oats and remaining water. Use more water if need be to achieve desired consistancy
- Use a fork or stick blender to purée apples and peàrs
Notes
Play around with ratio of oats to fruit to your desired palate
