Don't know what to give your kids for snacks? Try this! 🙂

Ingredients (makes 20 cookies)

  • 1 cup Self-raising flour
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1.5 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup Raisins

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Cream butter, egg, sugar on medium speed until very well combined.
  3. Add in flour and mix until the flour is not visible.
  4. Stir in oats and raisins.
  5. Drop 2-inches apart onto baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake 15 minutes (on center rack), until golden. Remove from oven; let cookies sit on baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.

  • Yum! Quick and easy to make and they look delicious.
