A spicy take on chicken. Great served with salad or mixed in a salad or with vegetables, even chicken wraps.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 Tbsp Coriander seeds
- 1 Tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1/2 Tbsp Garlic salt
- 1/2 Tbsp Tumeric
- 1/2 Tbsp Cardamom seeds
- 1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Fresh mint crushed
- 1/2 Tbsp Celery salt
- 6 Chicken thighs
Method
- Mix all dry ingredients and marinade chicken overnight in fridge.
- Heat oil in large pan and cook chicken until cooked through.
- Drain on paper towel, serve with salad or rice and veggies.
Notes
This is rather spicy so not for those who don't like spicy foods. Cooking time may vary, this time is not including marinating overnight.
