A tasty treat children love.

Ingredients (makes 16 Cookies)

  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
  2. Combine ingredients in a bowl, mix well until combines.
  3. Roll into small balls & place on lined baking tray about 3cm apart & flatten with fork.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.

Notes

I used crunchy peanut butter as I like the texture however, smooth would work as well.

  • I can’t believe the simplicity of this recipe! Biscuits without flour is simply unheard of! I am really curious to see how these work, but the picture does look really good and enticing. I reckon being predominantly peanut butter they would be a lovely gooey, soft bikkie. Shame you can’t pack these in a school lunch!
