Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Self Raising Flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Jam & Cream
  • Butter or Oil

Method

  1. Beat the sugar, egg and vanilla until fluffy.
  2. Add milk and flour and mix until smooth.
  3. Heat a pan with oil or butter.
  4. Spoon tablespoons of mixture into pan and cook until it bubbles on top. Flip the pikelets and cook the other side. Repeat this step until all the mixture is used.
  5. Top with jam and cream and eat!
