Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 1/2 cups Self Raising Flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Jam & Cream
- Butter or Oil
Method
- Beat the sugar, egg and vanilla until fluffy.
- Add milk and flour and mix until smooth.
- Heat a pan with oil or butter.
- Spoon tablespoons of mixture into pan and cook until it bubbles on top. Flip the pikelets and cook the other side. Repeat this step until all the mixture is used.
- Top with jam and cream and eat!
