Delicious Fried Rice.
Ingredients (serves 3)
- 3 tbs cooking oil
- 3 bowl overnight rice
- 1 big onion, sliced
- 3 pc garlic, sliced
- 2 pc seafood highlighter, sliced
- 150 gr green peas
- 200 gr prawn
- 120 gr pineapple, diced
- 1 pc carrot, diced
- 1/2 tbs shrimp paste
- seasonings : 1 tbs sweet soy sauce,1 tbs fish sauce, 1 tbs oyster sauce, 1 tbs turmeric powder and 1,5 tbs coriander powder
Method
- Heat oil in the pan , add in onion, garlic and shrimp paste, stir until fragrant.
- Add prawn, peas, carrot, seafood highlighter and pineapple, stir well.
- Add rice and seasonings, stir well for 5 mins.
- Sprinkle on the top some fried onions.
- Serve hot for 3 people.
