Pistachio Dukkah is a divine sprinkle to have on hand in the pantry – so versatile and very easy to make!

Like traditional dukkah is delicious served with a little olive oil and bread. Dip a small piece of bread into the oil and then into the dukkah – yum!

This is also divine sprinkled over pouched eggs and avocado on toast. Or you can add a little crunch to your salads with a sprinkle of Dukkah.

Look for good quality ingredients for your Pistachio Dukkah – we love Herbies for all our herbs, spices and blends!

PLUS the Cumin and Turmeric in this Pistachio Dukkah are great for anyone with inflammation issues. Enjoy!

  • Would this go in chocolate or on ice cream or is it the wrong flavour?

    • Personally I would not like it on ice cream or in chocolate but you could leave out the coriander, cumin, turmeric and pepper and add the zest of a lemon or orange and make it a sweet dukkah.

  • I love a good dukkah and it’s really appealing to make it myself so that I know exactly what’s in it. How long will this last in the pantry or it is okay to freeze to keep fresher for longer and still keep it’s crunch??

    • It will keep for a good few weeks in a sealed container in the frig.
