Ingredients (makes 40 )
- Wholemeal Pita bread
- Spice mix
- A spoonful Olive oil
Method
- Place pita bread on a tray in the oven at 160 degrees spread olive oil and your spice mix I used saxa chilli flakes.
- When pita is hard take out to cool them break into chip peices.
