  • 500gms mince meat
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 3 cans tomato soup
  • 1tbs garlic

Method

  1. put the mince meat, uncooked rice onion and garlic in a bowl and mix it all together.
  2. roll the mince meat mixture in small balls and put then in a oven dish with a lid..
  3. add all the tomato soups and stir to mix it around
  4. cook on 180.C for about 40- 45 mins until the rice looks done

  • What an interesting name! It looks a little gloppy, but I can imagine my kids hoeing in regardless. I also like how easy this is to make. I’m all about the easy recipes! It could also be served with a variety of veg, which is always handy. Thank you for posting.
