Ingredients (makes 30 )
- 250gm Pork mince
- 150gm spinach (lightly steamed and chopped finely)
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp raw sugar
- 2 tsp Ground ginger
- salt and pepper to taste
- 30 wonton wrappers
- Sweet vinegar to serve
Method
- Marinate pork mince with say sauce, sugar, ginger, oil salt and pepper. Leave in fridge for 30 minutes.
- Add the pork mixture and spinach together, mix well.
- Place about 2 tbsp of the pork and spinach filling in the middle of one wonton wrapper, and wet the edges with some water. Fold and place aside. Repeat for all other wrappers.
- Steam the dumplings for 15 minutes on high heat and serve with sweet vinegar as dipping sauce :)
