These Potato, Cheese and Spinach Puffs are a quick and easy recipe. And the perfect way to Re-pie-cle!!
Ingredients (makes 6 Long pieces)
- 200g Fetta
- 160g Spinach
- 3 large Potatoes
- 3 pk Pampas puff pastry
Method
- Cook and mash potatoes Lightly steam spinach
- Cut each pastry sheet in half
- Place potatoe running along the centre of the sheet Place cheese and spinach on top
- Roll the sheet up Cook for about 20 minutes on 220 degrees
