These Potato, Cheese and Spinach Puffs are a quick and easy recipe. And the perfect way to Re-pie-cle!!


Ingredients (makes 6 Long pieces)

  • 200g Fetta
  • 160g Spinach
  • 3 large Potatoes
  • 3 pk Pampas puff pastry

Method

  1. Cook and mash potatoes Lightly steam spinach
  2. Cut each pastry sheet in half
  3. Place potatoe running along the centre of the sheet Place cheese and spinach on top
  4. Roll the sheet up Cook for about 20 minutes on 220 degrees
