A quick healthy and easy baby meal.

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 large slice pumpkin
  • 2 small potatoes
  • 1 leaf spinach

Method

  1. Dice all the vegetables and boil in a saucepan until soft.
  2. Drain keeping some of the water and allow to cool.
  3. Mash or blend using some of the water to moisten if needed.

Notes

I also use homemade chicken stock to moisten as well and this can be made by boiling some chicken pieces and vegetables until cooked and draining the liquid as stock. Both the stock and puree can be frozen.
