Healthy and tasty
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1/2 pumpkin
- 1/2 cup cous, cous
- hand full diced capsicum & onion
- 1 1/2 cups baby spinach
Method
- Dice pumpkin and boil til soft. Put in fridge to cool
- Make cous cous. Put in bowl with pumpkin. Add capsicum and onion.
- Add Baby Spinach and mix with honey mustard dressing.
