A yummy make ahead breakfast ready to go in the morning.


Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 1/2 tub Chobani strawberry greek yogurt
  • Handful Fresh raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds

Method

  1. Combine your oats, milk, chia and yogurt in a jar and stir together.
  2. If you don't like a softer mushier fruit, feel free to add your fruit in now. Add your lid and store in the fridge overnight!
  3. Serve cold in the morning with fresh fruit.

Notes

Feel free to mix and match your fruit/milks.

  • I do this for bircher muesli (but with water instead of almond milk) it is delicious!

  • I have everything to make that except the Chia and I have plain Greek Yoghurt – still haven’t used this yet. Hubby loves rolled oats, actually I have a bag of frozen mixed berries in the freezer so I could cobble something together, thanks for your recipe – I like it.
