Quick and easy!

Ingredients (makes 6 Fish cakes)

  • 2 Potatoes, mashed with a little milk (breast, formula, or cow)
  • 95 grams Tin of tuna in springwater (or use lemon and cracked pepper for extra flavour)
  • Olive oil for frying

Method

  1. Combine the potatoes and tuna together. Shape into patties.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, cook for approximately 3 minutes on each side or until browned (Be gentle when flipping as not to break the fish cakes.).

Notes

These fish cakes can be frozen individualy and cooked as required.
