Ingredients (serves 12)
- 1 cup Red Bean paste
- 300gm Plain flour
- 2 tsp Yeast
- 165mL warm water
Method
- Mix the yeast with the water. Mix well and set aside for around 5 minutes.
- Put the flour in a large bowl. Pour the water with yeast slowly to the bowl with flour and stir. Then knead the flour into smooth and soft dough.
- Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for around 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into about the size of a golfball. Press flat and scoop sweet bean paste in the middle and wrap up. Bring the water in wok to boil and then steam the buns for 15 minutes.
