Simple dinner meals
Ingredients (serves 3)
- 3 pcs Salmon
- 3 tbs Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Red Rice
- 2 cup Water
- A pinch Salt & pepper
- Sweet chili sauce
Method
- Place rice in a saucepan with 2 cups water and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 35 minutes.
- Add oil to fry pan on high heat, place salmon the pan about 3 minutes each side or until cook well done.
- Serve Red Rice and Salmon with sweet chili dressing and garnish with shallot and bean sprout.
