Ingredients (serves 36)

  • 250gm butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 cups SR flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 small egg yolk
  • 1 t Vanilla essence

Method

  1. Using a electric whisk, whisk all ingredients except flour.
  2. Add in flour and combine well with a spatula.
  3. Scoop about 1/2 tablespoon per serve of batter onto baking paper.
  4. Bake for 12 minutes on 350F.
