Easy and tasty
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 Crayfish.
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- pinch cracked pepper and salt.
Method
- Get a pot big enough for your cray. Add everything except cray to pot of water. Bring pot of water to the boil.
- add cray to boiling water. Return to boil then take out after 5 to 6 minutes and enjoy.
Notes
Nice way to Cook cray fish.
