Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 cup Sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup Tamari sauce (or to taste)
Method
- Cook sunflower seeds in pan over medium heat until they start hissing & popping.
- Stir seeds whilst at the same time slowly adding the tamari sauce.
- Continue to cook until seeds become separate then take pan off heat.
- Let cool down & enjoy.
Notes
My mum used to make these for me when I was growing up, I'm not sure where the recipe came from. Tamari sauce can be found in the health food aisle of supermarkets & is lighter in flavour than soy sauce.
