Ingredients
- 2 sheets Puff Pastry, thawed
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 500 grams Beef Mince
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 1tsp Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Grated or Frozen Vegetables
- 1/4 cup Tomato Sauce
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 cup Grated Cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 180. Heat oil in a pan. Add meat, onion and garlic. Cook until meat is browned. Remove from heat, drain any excess liquid. Add vegetables, tomato sauce, seasoning and cheese. Mix well.
- Place 1 sheet of pastry in a pie dish. Top with filling. Place remaining pastry on top. Press edges together.
- Cut a vent in the top. Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Use a variety of sauces for different flavours.
