Ingredients
- 1 packet fettuccine pasta
- 1 jar alfredo sauce
- 500 gm medium scallops
- 1 small tin of champignon mushrooms, sliced
- olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Cook fettuccine according to packet directions.
- In a pan over medium heat, heat oil and saute garlic, don't burn the garlic. Add in the scallops saute for 2 minutes, then add in the drained mushrooms, saute for 3 minutes.
- Pour in the alfredo sauce. Season it with Italian seasoning. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes
