Simple spag bol with added veggies, quick, easy and nutritional.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 500g Mince
- 4 cups Mixed Vegetables
- 200g Pasta
Method
- Brown the mince.
- Begin to boil pasta.
- Add veggies to mince and cook for 10 mins.
- Add sauce and allow to simmer then serve with pasta and enjoy.
